Each candidate will go through a screening process in order to be selected for representation. After assessing your resume, we will schedule a face-to-face interview to better understand your background and what you are specifically looking for in your position. 

We will contact your references and proceed with background checks to then start you on the journey of finding your perfet fit.

Based on your criteria, we will match you with families and schedule interviews. We will then follow up with both parties before and after the interview process for confidential feedback.

Once a family would like to hire you, we will walk you through the hiring process, negotiate your salary, define your terms and coordinate your contract. Our goal is to get you the best possible package that you are comfortable and happy with!
